Know Your Customer (KYC) training is a program designed to provide employees with an in-depth understanding of policies, procedures and practices related to customer identification, verification and monitoring. Through this training, participants will learn the importance of KYC in preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and other financial crime activities.

They will be equipped with knowledge about various types of identification documents, verification processes, as well as actions to be taken in managing customer-related risks. In addition, this training also includes an understanding of data privacy principles and compliance with relevant regulations in the context of KYC. Thus, KYC training aims to increase employee awareness and skills in carrying out their duties efficiently and in accordance with applicable compliance standards.
